Since 2012 works as an independent investment professional with board memberships and advisory positions in leading Lithuanian companies and start-ups.
Started professional career in 2000 with Bayer AG in Leverkusen and later mediaWays UK (now Telefonica S.A) before joining ERMGASSEN & Co in London in 2004. As an M&A professional he has worked on various projects in oil & gas, packaging, pharma, mining, logistics and industrial sectors for large European corporates and private equity houses. In 2008 became a founding partner and CEO of UAB ERMGASSEN & Co in Vilnius, Lithuania advising leading regional players on international growth strategy and M&A.
Educated at Christ’s Hospital School (UK) and later at The London School of Economics. Holds BSc in Economics (First Class Honours) and MSc in Economics (Graduate Merit Award) degrees.

Žygimantas was managing director of IFP Corporate Finance – investment banking firm focusing on the Baltic countries. From 2006 to 2009 he worked in Dresdner Kleinwort’s mergers and acquisitions team in London. Before that he worked in Deutsche Bank’s mergers and acquisition team in Moscow, SEB VB Venture Capital management and PwC corporate finance team in Lithuania.
Amongst the largest transactions that Žygimantas has advised on are: EUR 10 billion merger that created Alpiq, the leading Swiss utility company and USD 0.5 billion sale of Russian utility company TGK-2 to German RWE.
Žygimantas holds a Master’s in Finance degree from the London Business School and is a CFA charterholder.

Over 6 years’ experience in early stage investment management. Managing such companies like Pigu group (Group biggest e-commerce in Baltics with >100m EUR Sales), Foodout Group, SnapnSave, Cili Holding, Pawame.
Over 18 year’s experience in entrepreneurship and angel investment. Co-founded Mobile entertainment company SIR, Mobofree - No.1 Social marketplace in Nigeria, was co-founder and CEO of App Camp - No.1 App development company in Baltics. As Angel Tomas invested early in a few BOLD startups, including Dancerbus (EV bus made from composite material), Aichom (Solution for Alzheimer), Ooniq (P2P community based self-insurance).
Before the entrepreneur and investor journey Tomas spent 12 years in banking leading various departments. Teams under Tomas’ management achieved corporate lending of a ~9 Bil. EUR portfolio running through the cycle and implemented other cost saving and value creating projects.
Tomas holds a 2 Master’s degrees in Finance and in Law. Also has Black belt 2nd Dan Karate Shotokan. Numerous awards won: Brave Investment of the Year 2015 (Ministry of Economics), the European Enterprise Promotion Award and The Best Entrepreneurship Spirit Initiative in Europe 2014 (European Commission), CSR Initiative of the Year 2014 (Swedish Business Awards), Most Successful Young High-tech Company in Lithuania 2013 (Knowledge Economy Forum), supported by the President of Lithuania.

Previously Viktoras was Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, where he has spent over 6 years working on pricing and risk management systems for financial derivatives as a quant strategist.
Viktoras holds an MSc in Computational Sciences (AI / ML / Robotics) from Jacobs University Bremen. Viktoras has won Seedhack FinTech’12, was quarter-finalist of Google Code Jam’04 and semi-finalist of ACM ICPC’02.
